Ready to cruise to the Carribean?  It's Hillwood's 17th Anniversary of our Travel Realtor Incentive Program! Sell 2 new homes in any of the participating Hillwood communities (listed below) between January 1 and December 31, 2009 to be eligible!  Sell 2 homes for a trip for 1, or sell 4 homes for a trip for 2.  Winners will fly to Miami and board the Carnival Cruise Lines Dynasty, with port stops in Grand Turk, Half Moon Bahamas and Nassau! F.A.Q.'s

* For every 2 new homes sold in a prticipating Hillwood community, the Realtor will earn a TRIP for one (1).

* Sales must be with a participating builder within a participating Hillwood Communities. Click here for a complete list.

* Half TRIPs cannot be awarded for single sales and cannot be combined with another Realtor's single sale, unless they are members of the same Realtor team.

* TRIPs must be taken during the dates set by Hillwood Residential.  Dates cannot be changed and cash awards cannot be given in place of the awarded TRIPs.  Realtors cannot use personal airline miles, hotel points, etc. as part of their awarded TRIP.

* Rooms are based on double occupancy.  Winners of one (1) TRIP will be paired up with another single traveler of the same gender.  Realtors will have an option to purchase an extra ticket from the travel agency.

* Realtor is responsible for registering all sales after they have closed.
