HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION:  The Chisholm Ridge Homeowners Association (HOA) is a non-profit corporation that exists to help to preserve property values through architectural controls, design guidelines and deed restrictions. Additionally, the HOA provides for the maintenance of common areas and community facilities through collection of association dues. Specifically, at Chisholm Ridge, dues will pay for the maintenance of the swim clubs, which are available only to Chisholm Ridge residents. Dues are $330/year, collected in advance quarterly.  CMA is the managing agent hired by the Board of Directors to handle daily responsibilities of the HOA. They may be contacted, as follows:

Shopping Chisholm Ridge is minutes from minor and major retail located along I35W and Hwy 820, as well as unique retail shops and restaurants located in the downtown Fort Worth's Sundance Square and the Stockyards. Recreation Four lakes including: Lake Grapevine, Lake Worth, Eagle Mountain Lake and Lake Benbrook are all within the Fort Worth city limits, as well as public and private golf courses.
