HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION (HOA)
All residents of Falcon's Lair are automatically members of the HOA.  Annual dues are $420, paid semi-annually.  These dues are used to maintain greenbelt areas, the swim club park and playground, as well as entry landscaping.
