Residents at Gateway Estates are part of a Home Owners Association (HOA) that is overseen by a community management company.  The management company's purpose will be to enforce the neighborhood deed restrictions and architectural controls, while working with home owners to organize committees and to begin arranging social functions so that families can become friends.

Residents of Gateway Estates will automatically be members of the HOA.  The fee pays for common area maintenance and landscaping for the community.
