COMMUNITY INFORMATION

Gateway Estates is a Hillwood community located in Glenn Heights, a beautiful city just south of downtown Dallas on I-35E, nestled in the DeSoto Independent School District. 

Conveniently located at Bear Creek Road and I-35E, Gateway Estates is home to two of the Metroplex's finest builders:  First Texas Homes and Legacy Homes.  Some of the homes will be alley-served, while others will have front-entry garages, and many will have the wonderful front porches that promote conversations among neighbors.

Homeowner's Association (HOA)

Residents of Gateway Estates will automatically be members of the HOA.  The fee pays for common area maintenance and landscaping for the community.
