Homeowner's Association

The Heritage Homeowner's Association (HOA) is a non-profit corporation that exists to help to preserve property values through architectural controls, design guidelines and deed restrictions.  Additional, the Heritage HOA provides for the maintenance of common areas and community facilities through collection of association dues.  Specifically, at Heritage, dues will pay for the maintenance of the pools and future community center, which are available only to Heritage residents.  Dues are $300 per year collected in advance semi-annually. An initiation fee of $200 is payable upon closing of the home.

Premier Communities is the managing agent hired by the Board of Directors to handle daily responsibilities of the association.  They may be contacted at the following:

Public Improvement District

A Public Improvement District (PID) is a special taxing district established for the Heritage community.  The City of Fort Worth will collect $.21 per $100 of the assessed value of your home.  These tax dollars are used to enhance the maintenance of the parks, entryways, rights-of-way, fencing, irrigation systems, etc., in a fashion that is over and above what the City of Fort Worth provides.
